Returns & exchanges

At Beyond the Stork our return policy is simple. If you aren’t happy, we aren’t happy, and will work with you until you are.

We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee or money-back policy if your item is returned within 14 days from original shipping date. It can be returned for a complete refund to the credit card it was purchased on, less the shipping costs – or it may be exchanged for another item. Shipping charges will apply to exchanges (unless, we are at fault). Please note that returned items purchased with free shipping will have the standard cost of shipping subtracted from the refund.

Any returned merchandise must be unused and in the original packaging with all tags in place. Please include a copy of the invoice sent to you at the time of purchase with a brief note including your name, address, email address, reason for return and a request for either a refund or exchange. Any items returned in less than perfect condition will be sent back at the customer's expense. We cannot accept returns on custom-ordered or personalized merchandise. You may also contact us and let us know that you will be returning an item – we will also be able to provide you with an address for returning your item.
